Please note that we do not provide pickup services; however, we are pleased to offer a convenient delivery service. For a fee of $50, we can deliver the vehicle to your location and arrange for its pickup at the same address.
To rent a vehicle from a Elevate Rentals, you must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: Be at least 25 years old.
Driver’s License: Provide a valid, government-issued driver’s license with a clear photo.
Proof of Income: Submit a valid document that includes your full name, current residential address, and a recent date (issued within the last 30–60 days).
Accepted Proof of Income Documents:
Recent pay stub
Recent bank statement
W-2 form
1099 form
Bookkeeping records
Social Security or pension statements
Tax return (Form 1040)
Profit and loss statement
Note: All documents must be recent and clearly display your name and address for verification purposes.
Elevate Rentals accepts the following payments (ZELLE, CASHAPP, DEBIT AND CREDIT IS NOW ACCEPTED)
Please be advised that all rentals require a security deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 1-4 days after the vehicle is returned, pending inspection for any damages and signs of smoking.
You will receive a full refund of your deposit if all rental terms are adhered to, including timely return of the vehicle to the designated location.
Please note that the deposit will be forfeited in the following circumstances:
If the vehicle is impounded by law enforcement for any reason.
If the vehicle is driven by anyone other than the authorized renter.
You may add additional authorized operators at the time of rental.
Both the primary renter and each additional authorized operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and meet standard rental qualifications, including the provision of a valid driver’s license and compliance with age requirements.
Please note that an additional driver fee of $15 daily charge applies for each authorized driver, in addition to daily insurance costs.
Pets are allowed in rental vehicles.
Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.
Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.
All extensions must be requested at least three hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time.
Please note that a $50 charge will apply for late extensions, as a courtesy to other customers.
If payment is not made by the scheduled drop-off time, a late fee of $30 per hour will be incurred for each hour the vehicle is overdue.
Additionally, if the vehicle is returned more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
You can not book a vehicle for someone else.
Please note that vehicle bookings must be made directly by the individual requiring the vehicle.
